Logo Printing Options

We have two types of printing available (we don’t do embroidery but you can purchase our gear as blank and have it embroidered yourself)

Vinyl Prints & Digital Prints

The Vinyl is by far superior in terms of hardwearing and longer lasting than the digital prints. This is what you want if you’re going to be wearing you gear everyday. We can only do 1-3 colour logos with the vinyl (as each colour is laid down in a separate sheet of vinyl)

Whereas with digital we have the freedom to print any colours you like, as many as you like.

A lot of logos that have more than 3 colours can be modified to suit a 3 colour way - you can email us about this and we’ll mock up what it will look like.

Returns Policy

ETC ID. only accepts returns of items that have been printed or embroidered with your logo in the rare case that the garment has a factory defect or a print or embroidery defect.

We do not take responsibility for sizes that have been ordered incorrectly if you have had your logo added to the garments  WE CANNOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND THESE.

Blank clothing - that has not had any logos printed or embroidered;

May be exchanged for sizing swap or store credit providing; it is returned within 30 days of purchase, the garment is in its original condition - unworn, clean in original packaging with its tags on. Please include a self addressed courier bag if you are exchanging an item - so we can send it back to you.

Hats & Beanies are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons (except if defective)

Any Faulty item will be replaced or repaired at ETC NZ Clothing’s cost or customer will receive store credit once garment is returned & assessed by our quality management returns team, you have 7 days from date of delivery to notify us of any faults, please email returns@etcclothing.co.nz to send photos of fault & request a courier ticket.

    Item prices include 1x standard logo in vinyl 3 colours or less per garment - no set up fee for these logo prints.

    Seperate pricing applies to Supacolour digital transfers, these are POA and additional to the item price. Set up fee/s apply

    Discounts begin at 5 items (of the same product) and increase at 10+, 20+ etc. for orders above 50pcs per item please GET IN TOUCH and we can offer you a sharper price point.

    lead time

    Blank Garment Orders - 1-5 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse + normal courier time frames (usually orders will be dispatched next business day, but in time of high order demand i.e. ETC Clothing season releases, orders may take up to 5 business days to be dispatched.

    Logo’d Garment Orders - 10-14 business days - excluding courier delivery from ETC ID. to you the customer (normal courier time frames apply). This lead time is applicable from the day that your set up logo is approved via email - allow 2 business days from the time you order to when the logo/s are emailed to you for approval. If you do not approve your logo we will not proceed with your order.

    If you are ordering gear for a specific event - a specific date - please make a clear note on your order & email us as well. We will do everything in our power to get your kit to you on time, but take no responsibility for “missing” a date, some things such as courier delays are out of our control. If you’re super organised you should be finalising your order for an event at least four weeks before the event.

    order process - confirming logos

    After you place your order online we will have your have your logo set up for print or embroidery by our logo experts. (please make sure you’ve sent us the logo/s you want on your garments HERE) we receive a visual file of this set up and will EMAIL IT TO YOU FOR APPROVAL. Please check this file thoroughly including dimensions and reply to us to approve it or with changes or questions if you need to. Once approved your order will be printed / embroidered. Lead time applies from when you have approved the set up logo/s.

    For large businesses who will be ordering more than 100pcs per item of clothing, we are happy to be able to offer you completely custom uniforms. Chose your own fabric colours, modify styles to suit, and really great creative with your branding - we offer a full uniform design service. Please GET IN TOUCH.
